Title: Another copyright question re- Royal Brierley Crystal.

I have just bought an advert for RB Crystal dated 1938,with pictures of table glass etc... including some of Keith Murray's designs,there are no copyright details,in fact it has nothing on printers,publishers,the date comes from a 'Wine and the menu' table revised for the year 1938,how do I stand on copying the pictures?

Thanks for the reply Frank,what I should have said is,would it be ok to put pictures on the GMB ::) ;D

Yes - as far as I am concerned. ditto copyright law in this particular case.
