Title: Isle of Wight bowl bowl Aurene

Good colours even got some red in, small bowl 3.75 across 2.5" is it blue aurene ?

These little bowls don't fall into any of the IoW colourways of the time, they were made in all sorts of colours, sometimes they look very close to the named colourways but there is usually a splash of a colour you would not expect. Each one seems to be a little rebellious....

This one looks like it might be Blue and White Swirls but it's got a bit of brown and red in the bottom:

Your bowl looks like a nice example Chris, the general mix and especially that splash of red.

Thanks for taking a look John, looked in the book for something similar and thought maybe it could be, it's nice and colourful, quite cheerful compared with the Mdina ones.
