I would love to id this pitcher. I am told that it is possibly European due to the base and the glass shards being colored rather than clear as is used in American overshot. However, I think the shards are clear and applied to a golden/opalescent glass. The handle is a twisted rope design with what looks like leafs at the ends where it is applied to the pitcher. The base appears to be applied after the overshot process. It is 10" tall.
