Title: paperweight surface repair

I have a beautiful Perthshire that I have dropped and it now has a side surface scratch. I put its present day value at +/- $350. I live in the mid-west of the USA. Can anyone suggest who to contact to do a RELIABLE repair and a possible cost range?
