Title: I need Help Identifying a Makers Mark

I have a center piece bowl and two (2) matching candle sticks which bear a makers mark, impressed on the bottom. The mark is a triangle with the letter "C" in the middle. Can anyone identify the maker for me.  My best guess is that these items were made anywhere from 1890 to 1920.  The pieces are of a dark cranberry or burgundy color.

I believe C in a triangle is Cambridge (USA).

Hi plutodog18, and welcome.

You didn't say where you are — it helps if you include your country in your profile.

If the triangle is point up, then it most probably is the mark of the Cambridge Glass Co., Cambridge, Ohio.    My source dates the mark to 1901–58, a rather long span.

Oops, sorry Glen, I hadn't seen your reply.   I've left mine as it has a little more detail from Notley / Miller's.

I was guessing plutodog (great name, by the way) is in the USA on account of the spelling of center. Could be wrong of course.......  :shock:
