It says Guldkrokens Glashytta - which brings up a few bits on Google.

Glasshytter is not Swedish, it's Norwegian.

Can't find anything to do with Guldkrokens though  :?

Guldkrokens seem to make a lot of ceramics. I've found more mention of that than glass, so possibly that's the best area to look in to find some history of the company?

I found some glass on the site - but only tableware. It's possible that they only make that now.

I found one website with a glass vase on it, and the sellers thought that it dated from the 1990's.

I'm sure someone who knows more about Guldkroken will come along soon, though.  :)

Hi,
Found this photo of a vase by Guldkrokens Glashytta with a very similar signature.  No designer name identified though.  However, I think the last 3 letters are Hjo and not H90 as suggested in the text.

I thought that as well, TMaritta.  Perhaps Ivo will be able to add more when he returns? (They are not mentioned in Ivo's book.) Or perhaps Bill Geary may know of them also?

Gyldkrokens are not mentioned in any book - I only found out about them through Antikprat after finding a similar mottled piece with an incomplete label. They only produced glass 1972-1982 - so short lived.
The pottery works who specialises in piggy banks is much better known, and there currently seems to be a retail outlet which does piggy banks and glass - but produced elsewhere.
