Title: White ball/bubble pot

 A little toothpick holder or just a pot? The white of this one is much chalkier, and I think, looking at the base, that it might be continental.  My guess is Portieux Vallerysthal?

I've gone over Pamela's site and Pressglas-Korrespondenz, and can't find anything similar, but I still have a feeling it is continental rather than English. 

Anyone's thoughts please?
