This iridescent vase is a puzzle to me. It is not marked but appears to be too well made to not be something. It has a wonderful overall rich iridescence on red or ruby base glass. The applied gold decoration shows cattails as if they are growing out of a pond that is around the bottom.
Vase is 9" tall and 4 1/8" at the widest point.
Photos show the vase under different lighting conditions.
Any help on identification or where to look will be appreciated.
