Hi
Another I understand is Whiteriars if so can the damage be polished out, is it worth doing and where/how can I get it done?

Yes one of Ray Annenbergs swirlys and no not worth the cost of restoration as the price has seriously dropped in the last few months .

That's probably not worth the effort, as too much glass would need removing

You will be able to buy another for around the same cost as GOOD restoration....or even less .
