Title: Tall lighter base

Here is something I purchased years ago and was really puzzled as to its use. However I have since learned that a lighter insert fits perfectly. So I am wondering is this a table lighter and if so, who would have made it.

Thanks so much. This color combination is one of my favorites and to tell the truth, I wasn't even sure if it was Murano. I have two others and if I can will post them as well. Thanks again, Terry
