Title: this one has me stumped - tiny paperweight poss French?
Post by: RAY on October 08, 2008, 04:47:14 PM
well most likely French, it's only tiny , it measures 1.25" across and 0.75" high.... concave polished base with a nice basel rim...., I've looked in all my books for a cane match, but nothing, my 1st thought was Baccarat but now I'm not 100% convinced

Hi Ray

I think it is Bohemian, rather than French, and looks like an Egermann weight. I have a couple and can probably match canes - certainly cane style.  I'll give you a tenner for it... ;D
