Wow, such a wonderful wealth of information! If it's ok to post it here, I'd love to see what you have to say about this one. I've received some information on it, but more is always better. :-)

Mstisov, then Karlovarske Sklo Moser, and a design by Frantisek Zemek. Similar items were exhibited at Expo '58 in Brussels.

Hi Frank,
I know Marcus is busy, so....
The design is by Frantisek Zemek, it was first produced at the Mstisov Glassworks before moving to Moser from 1963-ish onwards. I really do think Zemek is under-rated, he produced some super designs before his early death.
Hope this clarifies it.

No I have to disagree with Markus not Mstisov and not Zemek, this is quite recent piece, possibly Chribska - Rubin Glass s.r.o.

Jindrich:

Just to help me be aware of the differences and avoid a Chribska Rubin purchase, how does one distinguish between a Zemek designed piece and a Chribska one?

David

P.S. Oops! Just found the answer by Astrid and Jindrich in a previous thread, which I hadn't read when I first wrote this. Thanks for the clear explanation, Astrid.
