This is more show and tell than ID, as I would think it was made at Lednicke Rovne (same range as this one >> Link (http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,44400.msg247337.html#msg247337))
Never have seen a 2-coloured version of those, nor one with so many spikes :)
