Hi Norman,

A little closer to home, I think it may be WMF by Walter Dexel....

Hope this helps.

Glass Trinket Sets / Mystery Set #32 in Pink.
« Last post by theElench on Yesterday at 12:31:29 PM »
I notice you haven't yet got a photo of this set in pink so here are a couple of my part set.  As always you're welcome to use them on GTS.

Don't know if you're still noting measurements of pieces ?  If you are:

The tray is 29cms x 20.5cms.
The bowls are both 9cms in diameter point to point.

This could very well be! The shade of yellow in the glass and the general shape/feel/expression seems to be the same.

Unless someone comes with a totally different idea, I'd say it is indeed Vallerysthal Art Glass. Now to read up on that maker, I never heard of them before.

Here the image from the provided link, for comparison purposes. Seems to be an exact match.

A bit more searching showed up this French forum where a very similar item is searched for, but it's in clear glass:

I think it reads Vallerysthal the French company. Try searching Vallerysthal art glass.

Here is a first attempt at a picture of the signature. It's very, very faint and damaged.

Hello!

With your help, I was indeed able to identify this. :)

It looks like this is a piece from "Berting Glass" (based in my province; known for glass wheat stocks). I never knew they made vases, but I found one picture of a blue version of my vase here:

Thank you very much for your help!
