Title: Boooootiful piece

Found this a few days ago, gorgeous looking piece and the most beautiful blu, very very slight slag glass look to it..........and again can't find out anything about it.  Stands 6".  Could it be a French piece?

It looks like a Vallerysthal Sucrier (sugar) as shown in the 1908 catalog.  A reprint of the catalog is in the back of "the Milk Glass Book: by Chiarenza and  Slater.

... and the colour is "bleu Celeste", or sky blue...
