Title: Sterling rimmed Glass plate

Hi All,
This is my first post, so please forgive mistakes.
I am looking for an I.D. On this plate. It is 10 1/2 in. Diameter. It has a floral scroll Sterling rim with Grecian urns. I also have a dessert pedistal. The pedistal has 2 seams on the base. Any direction is greatly appreciated. Thank you for looking!
