Hi, could you post images of the base / pontil mark and could you give the dimensions of the bowl.

Hi,

Thank you for your help.

There is a polished pontil mark underneath - a little bit different is that this polished pontil is concave, i.e. it is slightly domed

The dims are:  4 inches (10cm) dia approx

If you still need an image of the underneath please let me know and I will get one for you.

Thank you again

Best
Maryam

Hi Maryam
Welcome

It would be useful if you could please make your subject lines a bit more specific please - eg orange bubbled low bowls - ID required - or similar . Helps with finding the topic again in future. Thanks
Re the colour of your bowls - was the photo taken with flash? they seem very bright. I was wondering about FLC Gold?  This bowl was in the 1980 catalogue in FLC Gold.
I am not sure if this shape was made in Tangerine - but I am sure someone will know :-)

regards from Oz.

Dear Jak,

Thank you for your reply.

Yes the days and nights here are very dark; sorry about the quality of the images and re: Description, I will be a bit clearer in future. everyone here has been great. Yesterday (re: these Dishes) i spent the whole afternoon looking for them but with no luck, then I put them up here and immediately one of the other members put me on the right path and I found them within minutes (they are Whitefriars)

Thank you again - I still have that gold freckled Ashtray by Murano which I am still trying to find more about?

Very Best
Maryam

Hi Maryam, it's always useful to take pics of coloured glass against a plain white base/background please. A sheet of paper is perfect, as it allows us to see the colour better. Wooden backgrounds play havoc with the glass colour, as do black and other strong colours. For clear glass use a white sheet of paper as a base/backdrop and prop a sheet of black card to one side of it and it will throw shadows into the clear glass and make the shape easier to see against the white background. Hope this helps. ;)
