Such a distinctive and dramatic piece, has anyone come across this before...

There was one on ebay.de recently, but unfortunately I can´t remember if the description
mentioned a maker. I talked about it with Pamela though because of its faint resemblance
with the Walther Greta vase. Perhaps she can recall a bit more?
Sorry for not being of much help...  :-\
BTW it looks much more agressive in the flesh than on that catalogue page.  ;D
