Title: Another small weight for id.

Its unmarked, has a muted colour to it. It's double sided - or without grounding if that is the right term?

I'm thinking not Chinese but only on the basis of its colouring but don't really know one way or the other really.

It looks similar to ones I saw on sale new in the mid 1990s.
