Title: Glass vase with curved supports
Post by: rbm6167 on July 03, 2005, 07:27:36 PM
This is a clear glass vase with curved supports very similar in design to the Mdina footed vases with curled supports.
One face of the vase is etched with a design of birds on a branch.
The vase is 4 and 3/4 inches tall with large sunken pontil on the foot
Any ideas as to maker or origin?

looks scandinavian - it is definitely no mdina. Any chance of a closer look at the bottom? Signature, perhaps?

I'm sure this vase I just looked at on ebay is the same as yours - except it still has the Kosta Sweden label.
