Title: hobnail but not as we know it - ID = Nuutajärvi
Post by: Ivo on June 25, 2008, 07:51:01 AM
Here is a pressed bowl in vivid green with a hobnaily motif and I'm sure I've seen it before somewhere. The colour is a bit Pukebergish or Iittala-ish (does that make sense) and the underside has a neat polished stand ring - but not as pronounced as in Sklo Union. Is anyone familiar with this pattern?

Hi Ivo,

It's Nuutajärvi, designed by Saara Hopea. See Designlasin Hintakirja p.143. From the colour I'd say probably 1970s production.
