Title: Glass Shakers? Made in France
Post by: Doug on October 04, 2006, 08:45:37 PM
Hi - I'm not sure what these are. They do not have lids. The bottoms are marked "Made in France". No other marks that I can find. They measure about 3 3/8" tall. There are 4 indentations around the top, which I assume were somehow used to hold the lids on. The color reminds me of a sepia wash. Any ideas who made them or what they may be for?
Thanks,
Doug

Well just given the lovely designs on them I would say they were some sort of cosmetic jars.
