metal base with clear fading to blue at base vase - label Lavarato a Mano - CS - made in Italy - not sure if Murano - 5" high

"Lavarato a Mano" means "wash by hand". I don't think it's the name of a glassmaking company. :ooh:

LavOrato a mano is hand made, it may refer to the artsy gluing of shells to the foot, not to the glass itself we may very well be Chinese.
