Could someone give me any more info on this piece,marked 'Strombergshytten' B979 C1030,year or designer etc..Keith.

Ivo's book Glass Fact File (well worth your investment) says the the letter B stand for vase, and the numbers are sequential. He has B974 being designed in 1962, so this should be from about then. The designer, again from Ivo, would be Asta Stromberg or Gunnar Nylund.

It's out of print but Anne (tekniqual wizzerd) did have one for sale
