Title: Cut Crystal wine glass.with coin!

Hello Can anyone throw light on this one I have a cut crystal wine glass which has a coin depicting the Queens 25th anniversary i.e. 1952-1977.embedded in the knop.
Can anyone tell me the maker of this and were they ever in production?

Photos are always helpful, and usually necessary to get an ID.  Sounds like an interesting piece!
