Title: Ashtray brown/clear ID = Schott Zwiesel
Post by: rocco on December 31, 2010, 03:28:20 PM
Any ideas? My guess would be contemporary...
11,5 x 11,5 cm

Thanks!

Hi Michael,
I think it might be Schott Zwiesel and a relative of these vases:

Hi Dirk, thanks a lot!!
These really do look very similar.
We could have a positive ID here :)

Perhaps the base might be another pointer. The vases have a circular, concave
indent to their square bases.

Didn't make a pic of the base, but have just checked - and yes, you are perfectly right, it has a wide concave indent.
Another mystery solved, thank you very much, Dirk!

Dir auch Guten Rutsch! (We have loads of nice language differences between Germany and Austria, but not in this case :) )
