Title: Zabkowice
Post by: Tigerchips on June 23, 2008, 10:46:59 PM
Hi Pamela, I'm not sure if this is of any help.

Click on the pink box and scroll down to see the mark. The hallmark on that page is the same as the mark that is in your Unknown Hallmarks section on your site.

Does this mean it's made by Zabkowice (Poland)?

This one...
http://www.pressglas-pavillon.de/schalen/07828.html

It has almost the same mark as the one on page 6 of the pdf document.

Quote from: Pressglas-Korrespondenz- German to English Translation...
Sugar box with flowers and berry branches, four feet
Pink farbenes pressed glass, H 11.4 cm, 12 cm L, B 8.2 cm
Metal mount
Berger collection hostage PG-1080
in soil and cover with double-circle with eingepresster
Russian Cyrillic inscription "ОтьМ.Ф. 1900 на10льть "
SG: glassworks Ząbkowice, Poland, from 1900
MB see Schreiber 1915, table 76, No. 527 / R

I guess that means the mark belongs to Zabkowice?
