Title: ?Pinkish? Vase ID
Post by: ttttootall on February 07, 2013, 03:21:10 PM
Not sure what to call this color, but it sure is hard to photograph.
Bought at an auction in Oxford MI about 2 years ago.
It stands 10 1/2" or 26 1/2mm.
Due to my inability to take a good photo, I am going to list several.
Did not notice the black marks on bottom until seeing the photos.
Pretty sure it is some type of ink mark not by maker.
Any ID would be great.
Thanks for looking...

Will take more pictures to post tomorrow when the sun comes out.
The previous pictures do not do this piece justice.

Better picture...

Soft mauve color speckled glass with irridescent tinge.

Stunning vase, at first glance it looks Bohemian circa 1900, have you looked at Loetz and the like?

Yes, that is the direction I took...but still not sure.
