Another paperweight that I am having trouble identifing measures 3 inches in diameter

Hi Barry
The non-circular flat base is typical of Chinese products, and the colours could well be Chinese. I have not spotted this particular design on Chinese exporters websites, but there are - literally - thousands of paperweight designs on offer from China, so I suspect that is where it was made.

Let's see, poor choice of colors, out-of-round, modest effort at finishing the base, no distinguishing technique or colors, and made with frit and a pick. This could literally have been made in any location with hot glass. It looks like a amateur effort and attempting to assign a country of origin is nothing but pure guesswork.
