Hi. Can anyone ID this paperweight for me? The gold bits are reflective. Smooth shiny base. No markings but I think it may be Heron.
It's about 21/2" in diameter.
Any help will be much appreciated!

Looks right to me ;D ;D

Oh goody! ;D ;D ;D Thanks Keith!

Hmmm, now I'm wondering if it could just as easily be John Ditchfield - there is one listed here that looks exactly the same (although maybe the seller is in error).

Plus, I have the paperweight below which is supposed to be Heron. It differs to the one I originally asked about in that the entire surface is shiny, whereas the one I asked about is only shiny on the gold bits. Are these types of Heron & Ditchfield weights easy to confuse?

Just had a look at ours and it's shiny so now I'm not so sure,I'll post a picture later and see what ;D ;Dyou think

I would go with Heron. Ditchfield is wishful thinking

Not wishful thinking! I am quite happy with it being Heron glass, but seeing the Ebay item listed as Ditchfield and looking just like mine obviously made me think again.
So if mine is Heron, so is the so-called Ditchfield one on Ebay. Case closed! ;)
Thanks for you input Keith and Christine.

Hi, I would say definitely NOT Ditchfield as their pieces since 1982 always have 1 of 3 things engraved on base:
1) Just GLASFORM (made by a co-worker and NOTdesigned by John)
2) GLASFORM and J.Ditchfield in script (made by a co-worker but designed by John Ditchfield)
3) GLASFORM, J.Ditchfield in script and unique reference number (designed and made by John Ditchfield)

Thanks very much Tony. That's useful information. :)
