Title: Riihimaen Roudella Vase

1960s Riihimaki Roudella Vase - Designed by Tamara Alladin in 1967 and in production for only 4 years, so the seller told me. It's in Fire & Sea pp63 - this in Vasaline glass.

Incredibly vibrant that Riihimaen uranium yellow, it glows so brightly under UV that sunglasses are handy.

Just to be more accurate ;) : Tamara Aladin; RONDELLA, production number 1497, years 1968-1972
Yours is the taller, 25cm the shorter version with just one round figure is 20cm.
I've only seen these in clear and uranium.

Thanks John - I got Roudella from L Pina 'Fire & Sea' - thanks for correcrction, my fault putting to L's in Aladin. I have a fair few bits of Riihimaen but collect in lots of areas - mostly 50s-70s glass.
