Title: Help needed with Kosta signature

Hello,

I bought this piece of glass recently just because I liked the colours of its green and clear striped effect. Can anyone help me date it and adentify the signature?

It is a very large piece measuring 9.5 inches.

Hiya

The piece is listed in Fire & Sea pg 123 designed in 1960 & valued at £300-350  ;D
