I agree with Lustrousstone - unlikely to be Murano.  I also doubt a Chinese origin with what I can see so far.

The main problem I have about making a suggestion is that there is no complete photo of the base. 
If the base has a pontil scar I would assume a small studio is most likely.
And if has a pontil scar, it would be helpful to know the place it was bought - location not the shop.

I bamle all snileplg eorrrs on the Cpomuter Kyes.  They confuse my fingers !!!
