Sorry it took a while, but here's the old Pelican I was talking about.
It is actualy signed Barbini, Salviati, Venezia 1952. The piece is huge at almost 11" tall.





Unfortunately, the seller to this piece sold it for a "friend" and never actualy even touched the piece. After saying it was in mint condition, and even after me asking him about condition, I got it and it has the entire back of the bird cracked and could fall off at any time. Of course I ended up eating the entire cost since neither the seller or owner wanted to take any responsability for what they sold. To everyone out there please be careful and asked every single question you can think of, because that is what sellers are now doing on Ebay. Just selling from photos as a 3rd party, and not taking any responsability.
