Strange crown - with a rather large apple and cross. Not Habsburg, not Hungarian, not French, not Russian - maybe it is a fantasy crown.... ?

The ball and cross above the crown has a vaguely religious feel, i'll get back to this  :-\

It IS a different looking crown, isn't it? I wish I had some sort of background for you all on this tumbler, but the gal's estate was chockfull of European goodies as well as Early American. That anchor is what put me in mind of the military, and I didn't even consider a religious connection.

Thanks for your input, it gives me some new avenues to check out. :)

Hi Kelli  :)
I recommend to google 'crown' and 'cruise ship' - because I guess you're right with your guess of a maritime souvenir  ;D

ROFLMAO! Yep, souvenir alright, maybe I should hang onto it since it's probably the closest I'll ever come to going on a cruise...

Thanks a million for solving our mystery! :)
