Roy — My sources are twenty and thirty years out of date and therefore should really be checked.   I strongly recommend that you query this on the eBay.com (USA) glass discussion board.   I know that several authorities on this type of glass monitor queries that arise there — you never know what information they might be able to add, or, more importantly, correct.

If you are unsure how to do this, please let me know and I will either do it for you or hand-hold you through it.
