Karhula bowl - Signature help?

(1/1)

Max:
I've just received this quaint Karhula bowl.  It's almost identical on page 114 of Smoke & Ice, except mine is green.

The thing is, in the book the signature is allegedly HL, whereas on my bowl, the signature is GH (Goran Hongell?).  How can two identical bowls be attributed to different designers?  Or does the book have a mistake?       :?

Thanks for your time.  xx

Ivo:
unable to figure out who HL is supposed to be - I think GH should be correct.

Thank you Ivo, maybe you can't trust everything you read in books?   :?

Max,

GH would most likely be Goran Hongell.

It occurs to me that the initials gH upside down look like HL, at least on your bowl.

Of course if the HL is written next to the Karhula it blows that thought away.
