I've not a clue. I've been through Pamela's site, looked on google etc but can't even find a pattern match to the shape never mind one in turquoise slag glass.
I've just added malachite for future searches, but it's not malachite because it isn't green, it's definitely turquoise. It's a stunning deep bright colour not as green as it looks in the photos, definitely turquoise.
The base rim has lots of wear but is polished. The foot is raised and hollowed to about the start of the bottom of the stem. 6" diameter at rim 6" in height.
It has a slight edge around about 3/4" below the rim so I thought it might have been lidded maybe?
The colour that looked similar was in CH British Glass - Greener Slag glass spoonholder page 352. I also found a basket with a similarish pattern design of the diamonds - it's not the same but it's the closest I could find
