Scandinavian ??? Glass Vase

I purchased a boxed lot at an auction a while ago and this vase was in it.  I was thinking perhaps it is scandinavian but not sure and would like some help to identify.  It stands just under 10 inches tall and has a smooth base. Any help would be appreciated thanks.
