Mottled footed bowl ID help please.

Hi All  ;D

Well, I'm having an, "I've lost my brain" kind of day  ::)

Does anyone have any idea who made this footed dish? It is extremely well made and quite heavy. Genuine signs of wear to the base.

Measures 4.5" (115mm) in height and 5.25" (133mm) accross the top of the bowl.
