Suncatcher - clear glass, snowflake pattern
« on: October 01, 2007, 12:07:01 PM »
This piece of glas is smooth butnot uniform on the rear, with no markings i can see, it is extremly heavy, the snowflake pattern in on its front, there is a hole at the top for either hanging this on to a wall or dangling like a decoration. it measures 16cm across.

Whats is it?
Who made it?
How old is it?

Please can anyone answer these questions.........?  8)

It's a suncatcher! You dangle them in your window.  ;D

It could have been made by any number of factories - they're nearly impossible to identify without labels. Typing 'suncatcher' into the board's search facility will bring a slew of inconclusive I.D. requests.

Date-wise... any time in the last 40 years.
