Topic: Raymor Smoke Glass Vase or Decanter (Holmegaard?)

I'm hoping someone can help me to identify the maker of this vase (or decanter).  Raymor was a high-end importer, better known for distributing good Italian pottery (such as Fantoni).

I've found that Raymor labels, at least on glass I've had in the past, tend to include an abbreviation of the manufacturer - so 'KAS' would be Kastrup, for example - and the numbers correlate with pattern numbers used by said manufacturer.

'AVE' might, then, be...? I've not a clue. A.Ve.M. is the only thing that leaps to mind, but I'm sure there are more likely contenders.

The system of coding does seem to hold true for other factories Raymor imported from, and not just glass - ALS for Alsterfors, PUK for Pukeberg, BAG for Bagni, BIT for Bitossi, etc...

At the risk of muddying up the water...in the late 50s because of a decline in business, Carl Erickson (Erickson Glass, Bremen, Ohio) entered into an agreement with Raymor to produce a line of glass designed by Erwin Kalla in traditional Erickson colors, one of which was smoke. I am not saying this is Raymor Erickson just that it is a possibility.
