Topic: Unusual Scandinavian vase, or modern repro ???

Hello to all,
this is my first post on these boards so i hope not to make a mess of things.



I recently bought this interesting and oddly coloured vase at a car boot sale,
 thinking its shape to be Scandinavian / finish perhaps.
 Though have strugled to fand a match.
 Perhaps it is a recent repro.

It is black and white cased in red!
Standing 10 inches tall.
 Very much appreciate your thoughts on it, Many thanks Thick glass lover.

Looks Italian to me, but I may be wrong.
