Can Anyone Read This Signature?

Hi,

I am bidding on this item and the cat plaque they have listed as well, and I wondered if anyone recognises the scrawl at the bottom.

Now I love them both, husband hates them both (but thats another story :wink: )

Are they genuine Italian, not bothered if not still like them, and 1950's?
