Can someone help with id on these please

I picked these up today and apart from being lovely I have no idea about them. Each 8" and not quite a pair. Have about a century of dirt in the bottoms. Thanks in advance for help.

Around here we call it "Bristol Glass", though I've never been exactly sure what that means...
