Hi
   The 2nd of 8 paperweights i bought today is of a blue flower type, with green at the bottom and a bubble in the middle if turned upside down the detail is remarkable, this must be skilled indeed, any ideas whom where and when, please,

Modern Chinese. The Chinese are particularly good at these three dimensional flowers. I prefer them to their millefiori or abstracts.
I collect Scottish and Italian paperweights and anything else that strikes my fancy.
