Huge crystal vases

My friend has a pair of these huge cut crystal vases. They're about 14 inches (need to confirm) tall and very good quality. Loads of base wear. Her Mum bought them years ago from Lady Somebody or others (so she says) estate. Anybody got any ideas please?

My guess would be Stuart going by the panels and the foot but i am sure Nigel will know he is the cut glass boffin.
