Vase I.D. if possible??

A substantial vase with a polished base, weighs in at 2.2kg and a height of 28cm. Has numerous bubbles throughout. Any ideas as to maker? Many thanks Carol

Pictures are a bit too small, I don't see any reason for it to be Scottish?
