Is there much American Carnival Glass over there, or other US pressed glass?

Yes Kristi, there is a lot of Classic USA Carnival Glass in the UK. Much was imported into Britain from around 1910/11. The British Pottery Gazette carried a number of ads for Imperial and Fenton around that time. Rare plates and colours, such as celeste blue, have been sourced in the UK. We also seem to have received more than our fair share of Peter Rabbit pieces

The referenced Good Luck bowl in the article appears to be a Peacock bowl

Alexander, you could have knocked me over with a feather when I read your message and then checked the captions on the article. Yes, yes it certainly IS a Peacocks bowl. I can hardly believe I missed that when I checked for typos / mistakes (the first photo originally was a Good Luck bowl but we changed it to the Peacocks and forgot to alter the caption).
