Paul, I think your comments probably reflect the reality of what happened. Like you, I doubt Glass was intended to be registered under Class 4 but we do know it happened fairly often, so it's always worth a check. Plus there are those items that we know of where the same design was made in pottery and glass and metal etc. It makes research more of a challenge huh?  :)
